Our Brazilian Canapés

Tira-Gosto is based on street food. Unlike normal canapés, these tasty morsels are pretty filling. They’ll keep even the hungriest of guests satisfied at your event.

Pao De Queijo

This small, baked cheese roll is a beloved Brazilian snack and breakfast food, a favorite found with vendors across Brazil and often sold in various containers. Our freshly made pão de queijo is always delicious!

Coxinha

A teardrop-shaped dough-ball, stuffed with flavored and shredded chicken. They’re hugely popular in Brazil and appear on every street corner.

Acarajé with Vatapá

From the city of Salvador, these crispy little cakes are made with black-eyed peas and onion and stuffed with the wonderfully flavoured vatapá, a mix of seafood, nuts and coconut – very moreish!

Rissólis

Like breaded empanadas – Rissólis dough is rolled out and filled, breaded and then deep fried. Both styles are delicious and at RBK we use an assortment of classic and modern fillings.

Empada de creme de Frango

This cupcake-sized pastry, stuffed with savory fillings, is known as empadinhas. Made with a thick, crumbly crust, it falls apart with every bite, delivering a burst of savory flavor.

“You can find these everywhere in Brazil. From bars to high-end events, I think they make great snacks and canapés for drinks parties or as an introduction to a meal. My favourite is Coxinha, I used to eat them on my way to my first job when I was 14 and I still love them today.”

Refeição na Tigela is a collection of classic and modern Brazilian dishes served in small bowls of 5 or 6 bites. The idea is to give guests enough room to try all the flavours from our kitchen. These dishes are great for a stand-up party where your guests need to be fed properly!

Feijoada Completa

A classic Brazilian black bean stew made with chorizo, pork, and bacon. Served with rice, collard greens, orange slices, and cassava flour. Always flavorfoul and perfect for sharing with family and friends.

Bobo de Camarão

Frango com Quiabo

Picanha ao Molho de Vinagrete

Cozido à Brasileira

A traditional Brazilian stew combining tender beef, pork, sweet potatoes, bananas, and cabbage, all slow-cooked together. It’s served with mashed cassava, one of the great tastes of Brazil’s rich culinary heritage.

Moqueca de Vegetais

 The residents of Bahia have been serving this traditional fish stew of coconut milk, sweet pepper, onion, fresh tomatoes, and palm oil for 300 years, so you know it’s pretty special!

Canjica is a Brazilian pudding-like dessert that is typically served during Brazilian winter festivals, which are in June. You can use either dried hominy or the original product “Canjica de milho”

Manjar de cocô

Central America manjar de cocô is a pudding or custard made with milk, coconut milk, cornstarch (to thicken), sugar, and often other ingredients such as vanilla, cinnamon and other flavorings.
